Belfast Books Shipping Policy

UK Shipping We offer standard Royal Mail shipping for all UK orders. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivery takes 2-5 business days depending on your location within the UK.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard and typically arrive within 7-21 business days depending on destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Processing Time Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Used Books from York Road Store Used and out-of-print books purchased from our York Road store inventory may have slightly longer processing times as we verify condition and prepare items for shipment.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking Tracking information is provided for all orders where available. You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at sales@belfastbooks.co.uk within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work to resolve the issue.
