Penguin Clothbound Classics

Penguin Clothbound Classics are the hardbacks people buy to keep. Bound in cloth and not paper, with the design stamped on in foil and one small icon from the story repeated across the cover, coloured endpapers and a ribbon bookmark. The series was designed by Coralie Bickford-Smith, who took her inspiration from Victorian bookbinding.
